A five-piece assembly made from 6061 material, a point of difference for REP Suspension’s Axle Blocks is how much research we conducted in the ‘play’ between the insert and the block, which determines the quality of the axle rotation.

Designed on ‘floating’ principles, the Austrian OEMs come with a fixed axle system, which doesn’t allow the axle any rotation inside the swingarm. Through rigorous testing, our developed Axle Blocks are based on our determined optimal axle rotation.

Eliminating the harshness by allowing the rear of the bike to float and absorb bumps, our Axle Blocks provide a more softer feel for the rider.
