Refund policy
Thank you for choosing REP Suspension!
We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. As such, we provide refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law. Please note that after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
Exchanges (if applicable) We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at (Add Relevant Email Address) and return the item to: (Relevant Address).
Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned beyond 30 days from delivery date.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you've completed these steps and haven't received the refund, please contact us at (email and/or phone number).
Shipping
- Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer. Ship the item to the following Address (Relevant Address).
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
- Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Warranty
Our warranty policy covers:
- Defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
- Defects in workmanship under normal use.
- Breakage of components under normal use.
Resolution of Issues: In the event of any problems covered by the warranty:
- REP will repair the product at no cost if it is still under warranty.
- Broken parts will be repaired using new or replacement components.
- A new product will be exchanged if necessary.
- A refund of the product's price may be provided.
Duration of Warranty: Warranty coverage will be honoured for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: The warranty policy does not cover:
- Damage to a product resulting from negligence.
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Theft or loss of the product.
- Improper installation of the product.
- Lack of adherence to product installation guidelines.
Legal Compliance: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state in Australia. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian consumer law.
