Delivery Information

Items available on the Research Engineering Performance Australia website are shipped within Australia only.

For items currently in stock, orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. If any item within your order is on pre-order or backorder, we will dispatch it to you as soon as it becomes available.

Australian orders will be delivered via Australia Post with tracking available for all shipments.

A signature will likely be required upon delivery. If no one is available to accept the parcel, we recommend delivery to a workplace or an alternative address. For orders delivered to a Post Office Box, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address based on the order's size.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt resulting in the package being returned to our warehouse, an additional freight charge may be required before re-sending your parcel.

Estimated delivery time within Australia is typically 7-10 working days, varying based on your location.
